Owners must keep their account in credit at all times with Upstairs Downstairs, failure to do so may result in them withdrawing further services until payment is received.  A simple way to avoid this is for your guests to pay for any services, in Euros, upon arrival  (such as cleaning / additional linen/laundry  / meet & greet etc.)  Please note that this is standard practice in other local property management companies.
