This recent development is situated next door to Palacio Del Mar, and is ideally positioned just across the road from Los Locos beach, a long stretch of beautiful sandy beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness.
Orbi Playa has a large, residents pool area which has a deep main pool and a separate, shallow children’s pool. There are also shops and, restaurant beneath this level, on the ground floor.
There are 2 lifts which service each block and ramps are throughout the communal areas, so this is a wheelchair friendly complex.
These apartments have air conditioning throughout. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven fridge freezer and washing machine. Most of the apartment have UK TV with a lot of Satellite channels. Each has a dining area with at least 4 chairs. All but one of these apartments will sleep 6 people.
There is a video/phone security entrance system, ana a small safe for your peace of mind.

Just a 10 minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch the children on the beach whilst having a nice relaxing meal at the same time! The numerous restaurants and bars cater for all tastes. You are also within walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.
There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and the surrounding area. Three 18 hole championship golf courses are a short drive away. There are many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment block.
