Palacio Del Mar  is exactly as it sounds, your very own “palace by the sea”!  The building is ideally situated just across the road from Los Locos beach, a long stretch of beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness and there are also ramps for wheelchair access to the beach.

Separating the two blocks is an inner courtyard fountain and swimming pool.  The whole building is wheelchair friendly.

For those of you who have a car, some apartments have secure private underground parking (access by either lift or stairs) below the apartment. If you do not want to hire a car to get around, there is a bus stop to the right of the front of the building and the local bus service runs into town every 15 minutes.

There is a video/phone security entrance system, and (in some apartments) a small safe for your peace of mind.

There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butchers, fishmongers, bakery and small supermarket, providing mouth-wateringly fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce.

Just a 10 minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade/beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch the children on the beach whilst having a nice relaxing meal at the same time! The numerous restaurants and bars cater for all tastes.

You are also within walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.

There are many family attractions in Torrevieja and the surrounding area. Three 18 hole championship golf courses  are a short drive away.  There are many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the apartment block.
