This superb private complex of apartments and villas enjoy a quiet hillside setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts, whilst still being close enough to take full advantage of the extensive facilities that Marbella and nearby Fuengirola has to offer.
The development of Puebla Tranquila (meaning peaceful village) was built in the style of an old Andalusian village but adapted to modern standards of comfort. This new apartment is fully equipped and very well furnished. There is also the added luxury of air-conditioning for the hot summer days and heating for the winter evenings. The TV receives English TV channels, to enable you to keep up with current news from home. When you wish to take a break from the worries of the world, why not sit out on the private balcony and take in the breathtaking views of the mountains and the Mediterranean sea.
The beach is in one direction and the beautiful mountain village of Mijas is in the other. Both are approximately 10 minutes by either car or bus. If you crave a little noisy distraction, the buzzing 24 hour nightlife and metropolitan centre of Marbella can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or bus.
There is a tennis court (The Lew Hoad Tennis Camp) just across the main road and for the golfing enthusiast, a fine course can be found at the nearby Mijas Golfing Complex nearby
There are several restaurants within walking distance, with many more also in Fuengirola and Mijas.
The Costa Del Sol holds many delights and places to visit, including Puerto Banus and the ever-popular Benalmadena. For a day out, why not try Ronda or Cordorba. Gibraltar, with it’s infamous “cheeky monkeys”, is only an hour away by car - where you can also stock up on Duty-Free items.
From Malaga airport you can hire a car or take the train to Fuengirola. The train stops at all the major towns between Malaga and Fuengirola. The bus station which services Puebla Tranquila, is just around the corner from Fuengirola train station. Alternatively, there are local taxis available.
